Sun Salutations honor the sun as the source of life, power and light, and recognizing that this source is also within you.  Sun salutations are a practice in bowing to the light that resides within each of us. It is a conscious journey through your darkness towards illumination. 

Sun Salutations are an integral part of a vinyasa flow practice. They are a series of dynamic yoga poses that warm-up, align and  energize your body and mind. Experience increased vitality as you connect to your breath and live presently.

 

Level: All levels.

  • Please go at your own pace, modify and take breaks as needed

What you need to SLAY:

  • A clear space

  • A sunny disposition

Optional props:

  • Yoga mat

  • 1 -2 blocks (substitute block for rolled up towels or blankets, books or boxes)

  • Yoga strap (substitute strap for belt, rope or sock)

  • Curated playlist on Spotify
